How much floatation foam is enough? I was able to recycle most of the foam that was in the boat when I took the deck off. But some of it was waterlogged. So I plan to add some pink foam board and the original foam as well. But how much should I add?

At the top of this forum is a thread on How much foam do I need.
IIRC a 4'X8'x2" sheet of blue or pink insulation foam will float 320 pounds.

I have 2 and a half sheets of pink foam board cut. My outboard alone weighs 218 pounds. So I replaced the waterlogged factory foam, added pink foam down the middle and returned the beveled factory foam back where it came from.

I would replace all the old foam.
Any Idea how many cubic feet of foam you added?
