Looks like a butchered up Model F.
It's had it's middle seat removed. The seats are flotation tanks.
Also the lumber that has been fastened to the two remaining seats.....those seats are sealed on their edges and any punctures like those pictured compromises the air tank.
$300. may be a little high considering it's condition. I've seen better shaped go for less.
