thats thicker than the first one 1/4" = .25"

Tracker is putting .190" thick flooring in their boats these days.
The .163" material you listed above is a fantastic price at $1.76/lb. For reference new 6061 sells for about $4.00/lb right now.
Also keep in mind that 7075 is not weldable and would be difficult to bend if required.

If I needed a floor in my boat I would be all over that deal.
