1960 Sears (?) 14 ft

Does anyone know who made this 14 ft aluminum rowboat with the catfish logo on the side? It has no manufacturer's tag or serial number. The previous owner thinks it is a 1960 Sears boat.

I think the catfish is just a decal the P/O put on and has nothing to do with the brand name.
