Wichita

Im heading to Wichita for my boys wedding. Being from the east cost (northern NJ) I do not have many opportunities to go to BPS or Cabelas. I went to San Antonio a few years ago and got to spend half a day wandering around in the BPS.

There is a Cabelas (I have never been to a Cabelas) in Wichita just a skip from the airport. There is also a BPS in the next town Olathe.

I have just a few hours to spend so Im wondering which one would be more fun for a fisherman/tin boat fan?

Sonny - hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip out there and back.
here in Orlando, FL, the Cabela's is maybe half the size of the BPS.
but I know every location is different.

since you have never been to Cabela's - and it is close by,
I would go there as you would have more browsing time.
if the BPS is in the next town - the travel time there and back
cuts into your shopping time.
try to squeeze out an extra day in your trip to do both !!!

So, you are going to fly out there and rent a U-Haul to bring all your goodies back home? :LOL2:
