I have isolated the leak in my Lowe Condor to some leaking rivets along the center keel and after removing the floor realized that the rib is cracked. Does anyone have an idea of the rivet length I should order? Will I need to cut off the leaking ones to get a better idea? I will be replacing the cracked rib and rivets. Thanks!

I keep this link as an easy reference for sizing rivets

https://navyaviation.tpub.com/14018/css/Spacing-And-Edge-Distance-547.htm

... just remember that the 'tail' of the rivet as it protrudes through pieces to be riveted together must be 1-1/2 times the diameter of the rivet.

The overall shank length of the rivet will be that plus the thickness of those pieces to be joined.

[strike]No...the protruding section needs to be 1.5x the diameter of the rivet[/strike] fixed...

Picture is worth 1000 words
