Just picked up this 14ft narrow Jon for $300 with trailer. It's definitely going to be a project. I will be using it mostly for waterfowl hunting and some fishing. I'll update this post as I build the "dirty duck"

Not a bad start to a build. What kind of motor you going to put on her? Look at the forums for examples and inspiration and to steal (errr get ideas) from others who have built duck boats. Lots of possibilities. Welcome to the forums!
