So I put up some pics of what I have. I want to make a small front deck even with the front bench seat. I can attach a bracket of some kind to the seat, but I cant figure out how level it up throughout. If I have a blueprint I can build it no problem (I just cant SEE it, if you know what I mean).

I see all these nice casting decks and want one!

Boat is 14ft, recently learned (correct me if I'm wrong) it has an Appleby hull shape.

if you are going to leave the seats in and deck over them,
or flush with them, that degree of level is already determined.
if you want to level the foremost front up into the bow,
use a long piece of lumber across the seats up to the bow,
this will give you an idea of where to start to keep things level.

does that make sense ???

Yes. Thank you.

After a couple hours of staring at it I figured it out. Now tomorrow to buy a new piece of plywood, seal it up, then carpet. I reconfigured the framing under my floors and removed wood there to use for the front. Should actually be less weight with all the hardware and wood I took out and the floors are still nice and stable. The front should level up to the bench seat nicely, be firmly in place, and removeable like the floors.
