I was given this boat recently, and I'm trying to identify the manufacturer. All I know is that it is a very early riveted aluminum boat, maybe even late 40's It used to have wooden gunwales. There are no identifying marks on the boat that I can find. Any help would be appreciated. Total length is 11'5". Photos attached.

Nice work Eric!

You know ... it's information provided like this, that makes this site so truly AWESOME! Where else could someone find out that their 'new' tin was actually 63-years 'old'!

Thanks! I'd sure love to see one that still had the original wood gunwales so I'd know exactly what they looked like.

Do a Google image search, lots on there. Also plenty of original sales brochures on Ebay around the $13-15 mark....

I had absolutely zero luck finding any images of this make/model of boat. I would have liked to have seen some Arkansas Traveler literature that showed a better close-up of the bow eye/handle because that little anchor emblem should be the dead give-away. I'm only 90% certain that it's Arkansas Traveler.
