It would be nice if they offered it in a little bit larger seat. Rated for 350 lbs. I don't think a 350 lb persons hine end would fit well on 11 or 12" wide seat.
 
I like it. It wouldn't fit on my boat but I think I would get a lot of use out of something like this-- 10 gallons of storage and a seat with a backrest. I saw an ad today for Yeti's $39 5-gallon bucket. Organizers and a special lid are available at extra cost. I like the one you posted better.
