I'm doing a rebuild on a 15' Gregor and replacing the floorboards and bench seats. I would prefer some type of non-skid/slip on the floorboards. In the past I have taken 3/4" plywood and just painted over them with herculiner. It worked ok but the herculiner faded out and only comes in black. Are there any other better options out there for non-skid/slip that is waterproof/uv proof? Would be nice to maybe do it in grey this time.

As for the bench seats, I'm using 1/2" marine plywood. What do you guys recommend I coat them with? The seats will get wet alot and be exposed to the sun as well.

Thanks in advance.

I'm partial to the Old Timers Formula for sealing wood. It's a home made mix of one part Boiled Linseed oil, one part Spar varnish or Spar urethane and two parts Mineral spirts.
You can buy a anti skid additive and add it to your gray paint.
