Picked this up today from a WWII Navy vet, he thinks it is a 65 Alumacraft but the lines look older. Original color was anodized blue and gold, 14' length, Serial number JSA22710. I can find anything on the serial number. Any thoughts.

It definitely looks like a AlumaCraft. But more of a late 50’s model. Then are boat show around now that have lots of vintage style boats like this. Utube has a lot to view. This boat more than likely has a max hp of 35. And came with the old cable and pulley steering. If the hp is more then it could be early to mid 60’s.

Doesn't look like an alumacraft to me.... Maybe a Wolverine ?

The bow handle is the key. does it look like this ?

The bow handle looks similar to that photo but not the same. I'm stumped, can't find anything similar. Here is the photo of the bow handle on mine.

IDK, the hull looks so similar. I think the bow handle is so close. It could be different, just because a different model year. Maybe

That took some solid Sherlocking.... But I found it... You've got yourself a treasure there.... Aerocrafts are highly prized..

serial number would put it about 58 .... a Lancer is a good bet... not sure what a Golden Knight was...

You found it! I took measurements and it is a Lancer, thanks so much, I feel better knowing what it is.
