Other than putting some WD-40 on the snaps/buttons I don't do any maintenance on the vinyl top. Seems like I should.

I was wondering if any of you guys do any maintenance/treatment to help prolong the life of your vinyl tops, zippers, snaps, plastic windows, etc.

I use clear silicone grease, like dielectric grease on the snaps (especially in the female side) & zippers. Or in a pinch chapstik works.

Then keep the fabric clean & dry and treat annually with 303 protectant or a re-waterproofing mix. Storing in a boot when not used prevents UV damage.

Silicone is the best but if you bring that stuff into your life you can kiss good bye spray paint jobs. Silicone is fisheye. So wash your hands, keep it out of your shop and make sure anything like your truck that may get a dented fender someday is a mile away. Besides that it makes stuff last forever.
