I'm in the process of replacing the transom and replacing the decking on a 1990 Tracker Deep Pro V17. The transom cap is broken in two. I've done an internet search but my Google-fu is lacking. Where do you get replacement parts? Would it be ok to get the cap welded together?

I would contact Tracker boats.
GOOGLE> Tracker boat parts-------------a bunch of places to look should come up under that including Tracker boats.
How far do you live from a Bass pro shop, the one in Harrisburg PA has a parts shop, they probably all do.
It's probably cast aluminum, if it is it should be able to be welded, I've had broken ears welded back on cast aluminum Muncy transmission cases.
