1989 Landau???

Hey guys i purchased this boat today and it is registered in a neighboring state and all it says on the title is 1989 Landau 1870. However the boat measures at 20 ft, and has a tall transom. It's welded and has no USGC plate. However it has a plate saying it is a commercial boat and does not meet USGC standards. Im wondering if anyone can give me any information on if 1870fp is the correct model or is it something else?

it says that its is a 1870fpco, co standing for commercial I'm guessing. I can find 1870fpco in a 1983 but not an 1989, does that mean someone must of custom ordered it? anyone have any insight?
