Anyone using Valspar Anti-Rust Armor paint?

Post by sss » 11 Jul 2019, 17:26

I found this at Lowe’s today, it’s an oil based enamel that is tintable.
I was there to check out the Rustoleum Topside marine paint(oil based enamel), but it’s not tintable.
The staff recommended the Valspar as an alternative.
Looking to hear from someone who has experience with either of these paints, and I’m open to suggestions too.
Thanks!

I've never used it but being an oil based enamel, a hardener can be used. I bet if you searched that paint, a thread on the jalopy journal or hamb will come up.

Found a bit about Rustoleum there, but not the Valspar paint. Anybody?
