Motor chains

Anyone got a picture of their motor chains. I’m trying to figure out how to attach it.

I'm assuming you mean a safety chain in case the motor comes loose. My current motor is bolted on the transom but in the past I have used a cable with a snap hook. I just put an eyebolt through the knee brace on the transom and hooked it there. Attwood sells a ready made cable which I prefer over a chain because it doesn't make any noise. Shhh! You'll scare the fish! Lol. I have also simply just used a piece of rope as piece of mind when attaching a 2 HP to my canoe. As far as anti theft goes, I have used the locks that encapsulate the clamp handles.

Thanks, yes safety chain is what I was thinking. I can loop through the back of the knee brace with a cable
