Anybody have any ideas how the best way to close this part between the back foam is? I’m thinking about a rear casting deck and some type of storage underneath.
Also anybody got any ideas for a bow mounted foot control bracket and more storage up front? Thanks in advance!

for the back I'd frame inside the open spot with aluminum angle or 2x4's and cover with plywood. seal it with epoxy and cover with carpet or nonskid of some type.
 
Aluminum angle and pop rivets for sure on the rear!

The front appears to have a hatch? If not you could cut one towards the rear and recess the front for your pedal. Again aluminum angle and pop rivets.
