What is this below the transom on my jon boat?

Cleaning up my new to me 1987 Grumman 1437 jon boat.
Can someone tell me what the divider and 2 small standoffs at the back of the boat are for?

The divider is a brace to stiffen the transom.

I have no idea what those little brackets are for, perhaps mounts for a bilge pump?
 
Brace for the transom, and the other two are interesting. Maybe so you don't clog the drain with beer cans? Or maybe so you can make a gas tank frame? Not really sure
 
those two things on the bottom are for holding up the fuel tank and battery

they work pretty good to support a piece of aluminum sheet, for a floor

I had the same boat briefly, traded straight up for a 1542 Grumman.
