Can any one let me know some ideas on how to mount a hand controlled trolling motor to the front of a V bottom boat. I saw in a picture of ACarbone624 boat, that he had one. If you read this can you take a close up of that and post it for me. Or let me know what you did. This is what I had in mind but I can't really tell what you did from the picture.

If you have access t a welder and a bit of angle iron its not real hard to do.

Very simple. A small piece of 1x3 on the outside and a piece of 2x4 on the inside to take up some space and make a flat surface.
