I think this is a pretty cool idea if you don't want to make it permanent livewell
I also noticed that the amp draw on the 360gph is 2.1 500gph is 1.9 800gph is 2.8

looks that way, I think you could use the same pump for 3 things with this set up just get some quick disconnect fittings and a second base and you would be able to:
1)fill livewell
2)recirculate water
3) pump out livewell
 
basically it is just a bracket for a bilge on the back of the boat. so the hose and the water will have to come over the side of the boat.
 
lots of pontoon boats have a pump that mounts to back of a toon. they use an overflow system to get rid of excess water and a drain.the pump should work.
