It probably doesn't make much difference so long as you use one before storing it for a month or more at a time.
At this point, neither of them are going to help it start or run any better.
Neither are nothing but a stabilizer that prevents the fuel from breaking down. It has no impact otherwise. I use Stabil but that is primarily because it is readily available around here.
