Wanting to know if it is ok to cut the two boxes open and remove the foam in them to make more storage? I want to deck the back and open these boxes up to make more storage any suggestions

you should be fine adding storage in those boxes
looks like a nice big fishing machine you can do all kinds of things with a rig like that
