Is the water splashing in during travel or possibly when you pull in the big ones?When you are moving,water pressure builds up and can push through the seams and rivets.I would seal the seams on the inside with a thin bead of 3M 5200 and tighten up all the rivets.If water still gets in,I would consider coating the hull with steel flex or gluvit.

I would try that first they are cheep around 3 or 5 bucks my save you a lot of work.My boat was taking on water so i added a bilge pump. Then i notice the plug was showing its age replaced it and the last time i put it i the water out about 2/3 hrs and not a drop.
