got a 40.00 older sears 12 foot boat to use for duck hunting lease ,will be used to just set decoys and go to and from other blind ,problem is its shiny ,whats the cheapest quickest process to get it painted? thanks
first thing i did was start looking at 12 foot mods on here but wife says one boat at our house is enough :) and to get off the tinboat site putting them ideas in my head

Quickest and cheapest but may not be the longest lasting would be to spray any bare aluminum with a self etching primer (found in the automotive section) and then roll on paint. I have used an oil based outdoor porch paint in the past and it held up fairly well. Both products can be found at wal-mart and your probably looking at under $40 (depending on how much primer you need). There are other ways that will last a lot longer and be more beneificial.
