My old Canon gave up on me a couple of weeks ago. Curiously, a friend had the same model and vintage and his went belly up on him in the same manner that mine did just 3 weeks earlier. Coincidence? I think not!
Anywho, I spent about 3 hours scouring the net for sub $200 cameras Sunday night and figured that the Z915 may be the best bang for the buck. It had slightly better reviews compared to others in the same price range and the 10x optical zoom is going to come in pretty handy.
I would really love an SLR but I can't justify the $ for the type of use we normally put one to.
