Thought I'd post my second attempt (first one, different pic, realy sucked) at a b&w conversion using PS. I entered this shot yesterday in a bi-weekly contest, titled "People at Work". Got this one yesterday morning of construction in-progress on a new civic building downtown:

Thanks, Mike. I feel pretty fortunate to have done that, as there are always some really good shots submitted that you know right off the bat that they're gonna do well come voting time. I always vote in the contests, even if I haven't entered, and sometimes it can rough choosing the best one.
