Have you ever given any thought to moving a little further south, say about 600 miles? Boat visiblility increases the closer you get to the equator.

Hard to imagine you waiting for the snow to thaw to find your boat...it was almost 80 deg today in my part of Texas. I haven't seen more than a few flakes of snow since I was in Basic Training, Ft. Knox, KY back in the late 80's...
