around here (east tn.) there selling out too. just bought a new 08' elec. start 25 yamaha, $2890. i love it. alot more power than my 1978 25hp evenrude. the dealer said they bought all the 09,s they could find but would be a couple hundred more.

Dockside Marine Bogalusa Louisiana still has some listed. 8, 15, 25, 50, 70 and 90 hp models. Chad (owner) told me in March he bought all he could get, said he told Yamaha to keep sending them until he told them to stop.
