Tiller Extensions

I could really use a longer tiller on my outboard. Anyone ever replace a tiller or use and extender?

They sell them for trolling motors have you looked into that one? If not you could fashion one out of PVC.

Yes, I have an extension on my TM. I don't think it would be stout enough for an outboard.

Just going by memory but I think the minn kota extension says for outboards and trolling motors.
Seen it at Canadian tire.

i made one out of pvc pipe. an olf sawed off hockey stick, and a c-clamp and it looks pretty good if i do say so myself

I made one out of PVC on my last boat, worked out nice. Just rememeber to cut a hole for electric start/shutoff.
