9.5 Evinrude not getting any fuel

I've got a 1965 9.5 that hasn't been run since February. It was last run with a Stabil mix. Now it won't start. It runs for a few seconds when I dump pre-mix in the carb, but that's it. The fuel pump is working, but the plugs are dry when I pull them. I've never experienced no fuel before with carb problems, usually its too much fuel. Any ideas? Thanks.

It could be your needle valve stuck closed in the float bowl. Stuck float an cause that also.

Sounds like your carb is dirty and needs to be cleaned. I'm guessing that your jets are plugged and that is why it is not getting fuel. Can you remove the float bowl or at least the bolt for the float bowl? If you can and it starts dripping fuel then that would be the problem. Your getting fuel to the float bowl, but not through the jets to the cylinders.
