Johnson weep hole?

What would be coming out of this weep hole?

Lower unit oil or fuel, water and exhaust crud.
 
Update.
I checked the lower unit. It is full and clean.

Leaning towards the fuel water and crud mix.
 
whoopbass is right. That little weep hole is doing what it is suppose to do. If it were clogged it would eventually build up with will a goo and block exhaust gases and cause poor running.
 
A crud and goo removal system.
You think that's what the engineers called it? :mrgreen:
