Impeller replacement

I am curious as to how difficult it is to replace an impeller? It is on a 1990 30hp Evinrude. Model #E30-ELES. Was getting things ready to go for the season and was having a tough time getting the motor to start but water was coming outof the tube. When I finally got the motor to kick in all of a sudden no water. I assume the impeller went bad. Any help will be appreciatd.

Fairly easily.The biggest thing is the shifter disconnect.That's where a manual comes into play.

i replaced the impeller on my 25hp merc and im very unexperienced when it comes to working on motors, but it was very easy for me
