Hi All
Again i need help from theOlee wise ones :LOL2:
I have got one of those repressurere tanks. and to first let you know i need to do this on a very limited budget.
So that is why I'm turning to you all for help
Any way the primer as some call it diapharm leaks out the top of the plunger.
Now 1st started i could not get fuel to bowl, so in my searches i found out that the gasket under handle needed cleaned or better yet replaced............ "but l have limited buget " so I took it apart and found several things wrong.........most being the draw tube.
I got to the pump and what i thought was varnished so I scrap and cleaned it.
After about 2 hours of R&R,i put it back to gather and found it had this leak.
So i am including some pics so you can see what i have here.
In closeing the last picture i hope i get in order is were i cleaned and scrap.
With this pic hope you can see th vent holes or are they?
Should i try and permitex them as they was? i thought was varnish and try again Thanks

Replace the diaphragm. Make sure when you order the part that you specify wherther the primer is the metal plunger type or the later plastic button. The diaphragms are different. On your draw tube there is a one way check valve in it. Never have seen one go bad. It will suck through it but you cannot blow back through it.
