I need some figuring out the year and what nots on my Johnson 6hp motor. Model plate is gone from under the cover and the cover has been painted black. I got a good deal on it for a $100 because it runs well but there are a few items that should be replaced but I have no idea what I have since the model plate is gone. Is there somewhere else to look? Do ya'll need a picture for better study? Please, please help!
