I have a 25hp Johnson motor on my 1648 Crestliner Mod V. When I start going and crank the throttle all the way back all is good. After I plane out for a bit, the motor backfires and chugs until I let off the throttle just a little for it to stop. But when I make that small 1/2" turn, it does it again. Any ideas?
