I just bought a boat that has a 60hp johnson on it but it it has to old pulley and cable steering system on it, can someone point me in the right direction of a steering upgrade kit? I would like the one piece sealed cable. is that even possible?

Yes, it is possible and fairly easy. Not inexpensive though. You will need a helm assembly, cable, and adapter. Although you can look it up online it may be easier for you to visit your local dealer and have them set you up.
