Old Boat Motor Identification Help Needed.

I have been looking at these two motors in this junk store and they look kinda cool. I would like any help identifying them. One might be locked up (not sure) but the other one turns over and the inside of the tank seamed real clean. I didnt look into real detail because i didnt want the guy to think i would pay alot for them. I snagged a few pics when he wasn't looking. I have taken small engine classes so im familiar with the small engine part but i know nothing about the vintage boat motor part haha. I think i could restore and rebuild these motors but i wouldnt have a clue if it was worth rebuilding.

Do people restore these motors to new or do people try to keep them old and vintage looking?

Can you get parts for these things?

Now for the important question.. What would be a good price to get these motors for??????

I think the red one is an early 40s sea king. Anybody know a ball park price it would go for?
