1966 Evinrude Fastwin, 18HP - part needed

I have a 1966 Evinrude Fastwin Motor, 18HP. I am after part #309937 (shorting switch plate)

Does anyone have any they would be willing to part with? If so, how much would you charge for it?

Have you tried ebay? When I had a fastwin I noticed a lot of parts there for sale. Had to use different keywords though to find them all..

Go to www.aomci.org and put a request in there. Somebody there will be sure to have one. Also, any local Evinrude dealer can do an obsolete parts search and find a dealer in the US that will have one for you.

What do that part do, because mine is disconnected/broken on my 1969 Rude Fastwin??
