I just picked up a 2006 evinrude 30hp for a thousand bucks cause it wouldnt run right. I took it home and startex pulling it apart a found a faulty ground wire so i replaced it and changed the oil and fuel filters and tried it out and it ran great. Cant wait to try it out next weekend. Such a upgrade from a late 80s merc 2 stroke.

Yea it had been in the salt water a little bit so theres a little corrosion but nothing serious. It all cleaned up with a wire brush and some wd 40.
