Rope to Rotary Steering

I think this is the right place for this but am not sure.

I currently have a rope steering system on my 1448 semi v boat and am wanting to convert it to the rotary style. I know which kit to buy but my question is about where the cable hooks to the motor. I currently have a Evinrude 25 hp (25302a) and the bracket that is on it appears to be strictly for cable steering. Is there an aftermarket part I need for the cable or some type of mod to make the conversion work?

I have got to the steering section on evinrude's website but all I see are the factory pulleys and rope steering brackets.
