I'm looking at buying a boat with a 92' 9.9 Nissan that needs bearings. I have never worked on outboards and I'm curious as to what I might be getting into if I decide to buy it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Crank bearings?? If that's the case, plan on rebuilding the entire powerhead.. And yeah, it won't be cheap!
