I'm looking at my first boat and came accross an old orlando clipper the boat looks sturdy, it also comes with a 15hp gamefisher (early 90's?). the guy is asking 1000 does anyone know if these boats are any good and if the motor is decent? He said it runs good but doenst have enough power to get it up on plane.

The boats are great! Am assuming you are talking about the aluminum version of Orlando Clipper. There are tons of Clippers around Florida as they were built in Orlando for years and years. They are fairly fast for their size as they have a hard chine to work with so it wont need alot of power to get the job done. Can't tell you much about the engine.
