Just purchased the motor for $500 runs great started noticing oil dripping from where the prop meets the lower unit. Prop seal of some sort maybe? And also theres a little hole on the side of the lower unit a little higher up thats leaking some sort of oil aswell. Pics provided any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone

You have an emulsion of unburned fuel and oil dripping from this area. Nothing more. There have been many many posts on this subject. Look them up if you wish.
Prolonged idle around a ramp area or on the hose is the prime culprit in how much and for how long this stuff comes out of that area.
To ease your mind a little more you can always pull the lower drain screw on your gearcase and make sure the oil coming out isnt milky with water in it. Just the slotted screw please, do not mess with the phillips head one.
