Ok guys here is my problem. The co-pilot does not work at all and is making it hard to keep it steady and in a straight line on plane.

Is it easy to access the friction plate for replacement? Im having a hard time finding a website that shows how it's done. I've tried turning the lever to tighten but it does not affect the turning at all...

Got any ideas guys?

Friction plate can be adjusted.Look it over & you will see the nut that needs to be tightened.Follow lever down to pivot point.
