I have some green nasty sludge that drips from my lower unit after I run the motor (63' rude sportwin). Any idea what it might be?

I just flushed the lower unit oil today and that was full nd it wasnt the same color. Its coming from a hole on in the lower unit but to me it looks like its a drain hole or something. It's perfectly round ....

It could be draining from the crank case, the older omcs vented right into the water. Is it partially burned oil fuel/sludge? Make sure its not lower unit oil, but then there's only one other thing it could be. Maybe disassemble and clean your exhaust.
