Does Sea Foam act as a winterizer, or do I still need to add Stabil when I run it the final time before winter? I have about 1 gallon left in my gas can, with Sea Foam already added. Thanks.

I've been using Seafoam as a winterizer for over 5 years now with no problems. I use 2 oz. to the gallon and when spring comes around, I run that tank of fuel through as a fuel system cleaner.

Thanks. So having Stabil and Sea Foam in the same tank of gas is not a problem?

Not at all and if you are using gas with Ethanol in it then you should be using Stabil in each tank of gas all season long.

seafoam contains Isopropyl alcohol, which is all the fuel stabilizers contain, plus cleaning agents, so using both products is redundant. If your going to fill up your premix with additives, make sure to blend your oil accordingly as neither product lubricates (as well) as it passes through.
