If you look at a 8hp 9.9hp and a 15hp 2stroke merc they are all on the same block and look 100%identical so what is the differences between?Is it just the carb or are there a bunch of different things on all 3?I have taken the cowl off all 3 at the same time a while back and they like the same engine.Can anyone tell me what seperates the hp besides the carb or is that it?
