Well I finally got my 86 DT15 running only to find out that the carb was pouring gas outta somewhere it shouldnt be. The gas is coming from the right hand hole shown in the picture. I have no clue why. I tried messing with that screw in between the 2 holes but it didnt work. Any ideas

Not familiar with that engine but that hole is most likely a vent for the bowl which ensures there's never a vacuum or + pressure in the bowl. If you forced gas into the bowl fast enough and the float valve was stuck, it would certainly act like an overflow and let the excess gas out though. That "screw" looks more like a jet than a screw so maybe it's an air jet although I've only seen those used on motorcycle carbs before now.
