u can genrally get motors that year and hp around my area for like 20 for the 9 hp maybe like 5 to 7 hundred for the 25. browse ur local craigslist and ull get an idea for prices in ur area

Price is going to vary based on a lot of things like your location, year model, condition, hp rating, etc. He doesn't even state whether the 25hp runs or not and the 9.8 is locked up. There is too little info available for anyone to give you an accurate assessment of their value.

A word of caution, don't take ANYONE'S "word" on it when it comes to buying things like this. If you don't feel comfortable that you can get your money back if you're not satisfied, verify that it is in a condition that you will accept before you hand your money over.
